Operate the Squre POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, take orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for sales. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Latte art skills are required Experience Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the café or retail environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Squre POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices and cash handling procedures is essential. Strong math skills for accurate cash register operations and sales calculations. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
