Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated individual who has a passion for coffee and customer service. The Barista must be able to multi-task in a fun fast-paced environment, while maintain quality and efficiency standards and work as a team. They must be able to prepare high quality beverages according to recipes, while meeting any special needs or requirements of the guest. We are seeking team members who possess:
- Great work ethic and superior customer service skill in a timely and good-natured manner
- Effective Communication skills with staff and management
- Friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude and a love for people
- Flexible availability and previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi-task during store hours
- A Passion for creating espresso drinks, smoothies, milkshakes, and other hand crafted beverages with love.
- Basic knowledge of POS cash register
- Self-motivated to clean, stock, and maintain shop.
