Job Description
Good Neighbor Ca Phe is seeking a friendly, passionate, and skilled barista to join our growing team. As the sister cafe to Portland Ca Phe, we bring the same spirit of community, quality, and Vietnamese-inspired coffee culture. Type of PositionPart-time float position, 25 hours a week with a possibility for additional hours.
Must be available Sunday and 3 additional weekdays. Between the hours of 630-4pmYou may float to our Portland Ca Phe located in SE & NE Portland.
Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash/card handling and store safety and securityEngage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communicationPrepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredientsAvailable to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
