Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service Operate POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety standards Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring quality standards are consistently met Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math tasks Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in serving, food preparation, cashiering, and retail math is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels great experiences!
