This a is a part time position. •Please note we are currently hiring primarily for the 11am-6pm weekday/Weekend position - Need to be available during school hours for this position Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash management. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety guidelines. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.
