Ice Cream Shop Team Member

OVERVIEW

Lila's Creamery is a new neighborhood soft serve shop opening this spring in Dresher, PA. We offer soft serve, milkshakes, and run a tight menu built around real ingredients and house-made flavors. We're hiring now for part-time and full-time team members to be ready for our spring opening. This is a customer-facing service role. You'll be the face of the shop for everyone who walks through the door — families, regulars, first-timers. We take that seriously and we hire people who do too.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve soft serve cones, cups, milkshakes, floats, and sundaes with care and speed Press waffle cones fresh throughout your shift Learn the full menu — flavors, toppings, dips, and house favorites — so you can guide guests Keep the service counter and equipment clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately Help with daily opening and closing duties Restock supplies and flag anything running low

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable, punctual, and communicates when something comes up Moves with purpose during a rush without cutting corners Friendly and comfortable talking with all kinds of customers Comfortable on your feet for a full shift Takes direction well and asks good questions Food service, hospitality, or retail experience a plus — not required Available for weekend shifts (Friday and Saturday are our busiest)

COMPENSATION & PERKS

$12-$15/hour starting wage based on experience Shared tip pool distributed weekly Flexible scheduling built around your availability On-shift meal discounts and regular product tastings

HOURS & SHIFTS

Monday-Thursday:

Noon-9:00 PM |

Friday-Saturday:

Noon-10:00 PM |

Sunday:

Noon-8:00 PM Shifts available across all days. We build schedules around your life — tell us your availability and we'll match it as closely as we can.

A FEW MORE THINGS A
