Duties Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly, welcoming experience for guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area Support daily operations and assist with inventory as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shifts Skills Previous barista or cashier experience preferred but not required; training provided Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Benefits Hourly pay plus tips Work in a beautiful, historic inn setting Opportunities to learn and grow in hospitality and food service Employee discounts on food and beverages Be part of a fun, community-focused team
