Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service /Cashier/ barista. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the cash register. If you have a passion for the food industry , you love to make sure people feel comfortable and you have some coffee skills, we encourage you to apply. Starting at $12.50 per hour + tips which is around $17 per hour in total ###Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety guidelines are followed
- Want to learn how to make the best cup of coffee
- Upsell additional products or promotions to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service ###
