Job Description

Copper Cup is seeking a part time or full time barista to join our Columbia Avenue team! We are seeking one candidate to start in July, and two to begin training going into August to take over shifts as our team members in school transition into their fall semester. Our vision is to cultivate meaningful experiences and positively impact everyone around us while serving high quality product in a fast and convenient setting. Our ideal candidate is Caring, Creative, and Excellent.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare high quality hot and cold beverages Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers thoroughly and professionally Qualifications Proven work experience as a barista High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen, communicate effectively and work as a team Wage range is based on hourly rate plus tips. Some Saturdays are required- no exceptions.
Pay:
$17.50 - $18.50 per hour
