Cigar Lounge Attendant

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an elegant lounge atmosphere, assisting patrons with cigar selections, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, and providing outstanding service that elevates the overall experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide personalized assistance with cigar selections and lounge amenities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including furniture, display cases, and smoking stations Ensure compliance with all food safety and tobacco regulations while handling cigars, accessories, and related products Offer knowledgeable recommendations on cigar types, brands, and pairing options to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor lounge activity to ensure a safe environment, including managing airflow systems and ventilation standards Assist with food and beverage service when applicable, including serving drinks or light snacks in accordance with fine dining standards Support event setups such as private tastings or special gatherings by preparing the space and coordinating catering or catering-related needs Requirements Prior experience in fine dining environments or hospitality settings is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience in serving food or beverages, including barista or catering experience, is advantageous Knowledge of food handling safety practices and adherence to health regulations Previous banquet or food industry experience is a plus Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse guests confidently Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining a lively and attentive attitude Join us if you're passionate about providing top-tier service in a refined setting!
