Dunkin' Crew Member - Job Description Position Summary Dunkin' Crew Members are the heart of our restaurant. They create positive guest experiences by preparing high‑quality food and beverages, delivering fast and friendly service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced setting, take pride in great customer service, and thrive as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service Prepare and serve Dunkin' beverages and food items according to brand standards Accurately handle cash, credit, mobile orders, and loyalty transactions Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and workstations Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures Restock products and supplies as needed throughout the shift Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders to meet service goals Uphold Dunkin' brand standards and store policies at all times Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Previous food service experience is a plus but not required

Compensation Hourly Pay:

$13 per hour

Tips:
