In this energetic role, you'll craft delicious coffee beverages, serve food with a smile, and create a welcoming environment for every guest. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages using established recipes and techniques. Operate Toast POS system. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment to uphold health standards and create an inviting atmosphere. Qualifications Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred; passion for coffee is a plus! Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
