Courtyard by Marriott - Shippensburg, PA Join Our Team! Courtyard by Marriott is seeking an energetic, friendly, and dependable Part-Time Breakfast Server/Barista to join our Bistro team. If you enjoy providing exceptional guest service, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for travelers, we would love to meet you. Position Summary The Breakfast Server/Barista is responsible for preparing and serving Starbucks® coffee beverages, taking guest orders, preparing simple breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness standards, and delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest. Schedule Part-Time Early morning availability required Typical shift: 5:30 AM - 11:00 AM Weekend and holiday availability preferred Essential Responsibilities Prepare and serve Starbucks® coffee beverages according to brand standards Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude Take food and beverage orders and process payments accurately Prepare and serve breakfast menu items Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bistro, dining area, and kitchen Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures Work collaboratively with hotel team members to ensure an outstanding guest experience Qualifications Previous food service, restaurant, coffee shop, or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable with excellent attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Must be authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Marriott hotel discounts worldwide Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within Marriott and Aimbridge Hospitality Apply Today If you enjoy serving others, creating memorable guest experiences, and being part of a winning team, we encourage you to apply.
