This role is best suited for candidates open to working at two nearby locations: Edgewater, Greenwood or Centennial (approximately 10-20 minutes apart) Key Responsibilities Create warm, welcoming customer experiences from greeting through pickup Confidently guide customers through the menu and recommend drinks based on preferences Accurately take orders and process payments using POS systems Prepare teas, toppings, and house recipes with precision, consistency, and care Follow all recipes, prep standards, and portion controls to maintain quality and reduce waste Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with Colorado regulations Keep the tea bar clean, organized, stocked, and visually polished throughout the shift Maintain a cozy, inviting dining space that reflects pride in the brand Organize, rotate, and restock ingredients and supplies using FIFO practices Communicate clearly with teammates and support overall store flow—especially during rushes Take ownership of issues and help resolve them rather than passing them to the next shift
