We're looking for disciplined, reliable team members who care deeply about cleanliness, the art of boba, teamwork, and our Colorado community . This is not just a drink-making role—it's about craft, consistency, and showing up for each other every shift. This role is best suited for candidates open to working at two nearby locations: Edgewater, Greenwood or Centennial (approximately 10-20 minutes apart) Key Responsibilities Create warm, welcoming customer experiences from greeting through pickup Confidently guide customers through the menu and recommend drinks based on preferences Accurately take orders and process payments using POS systems Prepare teas, toppings, and house recipes with precision, consistency, and care Follow all recipes, prep standards, and portion controls to maintain quality and reduce waste Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with Colorado regulations Keep the tea bar clean, organized, stocked, and visually polished throughout the shift Maintain a cozy, inviting dining space that reflects pride in the brand Organize, rotate, and restock ingredients and supplies using FIFO practices Communicate clearly with teammates and support overall store flow—especially during rushes Take ownership of issues and help resolve them rather than passing them to the next shift

Open to part-time or full-time hours, including weekdays, weekends, mid-day, and evening shifts Qualifications Minimum 2 years of barista, café, or kitchen experience (boba experience a plus) Comfortable using POS systems (Clover and/or TCPOS preferred) Strong time management and multitasking skills Working knowledge of food safety and handling practices Basic math skills for cash handling and precise recipe execution Prior experience in a fast-paced food service or café environment Growth & Advancement This role is designed for team members who want to grow.
