The ideal candidate should have a profound knowledge of various coffee types, be proficient in espresso preparation, and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks, consistently adhering to our high standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and fully operational. Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing a memorable experience and fostering a sense of community within the café. Assist in developing and refining the café's beverage menu, contributing creative ideas and suggestions. Uphold health and safety standards at all times, following proper procedures for food handling and sanitation. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during busy periods, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced coffee shop environment is required. Demonstrated proficiency in espresso preparation and latte art is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. A genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends and techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively during peak hours. Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
