The ideal candidate is not required to have prior barista experience but is committed to an in-depth and detailed training program. We start our team members from the absolute basics, regardless of industry experience or skill level. Baristas start on register, food prep, or bar back position and progress based on performance and scheduling availability. Training courses are required for advancement. Position fulfillment is based on scheduling needs. The "bar position" is a coveted position and requires extensive training.

Exudes exceptional hospitality and service with regard to friendliness, cleanliness, speed of service, beverage quality, and customer retention. Always looks for ways to go above and beyond. Maintains an exceptionally clean and organized working space and consumer space. Must be able and willing to: Exercise sound judgment under pressure and ask for help when needed Provide exceptional consumer experiences Demonstrate enthusiasm for coffee, service, hospitality, and quality Have working knowledge of POS systems Utilize programs such as GroupMe and Homebase for communication and scheduling Manage cash transactions and cash deposits Work 12pm to 5pm On-boarding Google Classroom covering all policies, procedures, and company service standards
