Hotel Barista/Server AM Shift (Hourly wage plus tips)

Job Summary We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic people to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, with experience in the food and beverage industry. Duties Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their tastes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper accounting of all sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to provide seamless service for guests. Adhere to all safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines to promote a safe environment for patrons. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons. Knowledge of retail math to manage cash handling effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A passion for the food industry and providing exceptional dining experiences. All Barista/Servers are eligible for tips along with their hourly wage.
