COUNTER TEAM MEMBERS

Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Food Runner, Cashier, Barista, and Host. Meets and exceeds the standards of thoughtful hospitality by treating each customer as a guest. Manages the guest experience by ensuring each order is taken and fulfilled with complete accuracy by following the procedural guidelines which include accurately entering orders into the POS, properly preparing/packaging the orders, and making each guest feel welcome. Satisfies guests by working with team to maintain an overall high performance in accordance with the smallSUGAR Employee Handbook. Answering phones and properly taking messages and phone orders (special orders/take-out). Follow cash handling procedures as directed by AGM or any other leadership accordance with company cash handling policies. Learn to operate a manual espresso machine to serve a variety of coffee beverages Candidates must have open availability Monday-Sunday between the hours of 6am-4pm daily. •

MANUAL BARISTA EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED

•smallSUGAR store hours are 7am-3pm daily.
