Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately using Square POS system. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including preparation stations and seating areas Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed during food handling and preparation Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Requirements Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is highly preferred Familiarity with POS system Square is advantageous Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and food items confidently Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and inventory counts Join us if you're passionate about coffee, thrive on delivering outstanding customer service, and want to grow your career in the vibrant coffee industry!
