Assistant Barista Coffee Shop Assistant

Alexander's Coffee House & Cafe, a cozy coffee shop and café, is hiring a Barista / Café Assistant to join our friendly, fast-paced team! We're looking for someone who's dependable, people-focused, and excited to work in a local coffee shop that serves both coffee and a full breakfast and lunch café menu. Whether you're looking for part-time hours, this position offers a chance to gain experience in food service, customer service, and kitchen prep, while being part of a small-town business that treats its team like family. Your daily tasks will include making espresso drinks, greeting and serving guests, assisting with kitchen operations, and keeping the shop clean and welcoming. You'll work in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment where flexibility, kindness, and attention to detail matter. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
