Join Our Family at The Local We are looking for dependable staff, if this is not you, please do not apply. The Local is a family-owned establishment located on the southwest side of Rapid City. We proudly offer a variety of local South Dakota products, including: Food Beer on tap Wine Coffee Kombucha Sourdough bread Honey Tallow Cheese Etc. We are currently seeking customer service-oriented individuals. While we do hire those under 18, we are specifically looking for candidates who are 18 or older. Our ideal candidate would be have availability am, pm, weekdays, and weekends. We're not the right fit for someone looking for a short-term job. Training takes time and we want to employ individuals that plan to stick around and grow with us. Our menu also includes food items that employees will help prepare. Experience in a coffee shop is a preferred, but not a requirement, as we provide on-the-job training.
