MORNING SHIFT

• 10:30-4:00PM.

There may be some afternoons needed, but most availability is for the morning. Taichi Bubble Tea is looking for dependable and long-term cashiers, baristas, or poke bowl builders. All positions requires making orders and managing stock. We provide job training for all entry-level positions, no matter the experience level. There will be an eventual opening for Assistant Manager, which is a promoted position. This will come with additional training and an increase in salary. Taichi Bubble Tea strives for customers to have a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. All employees must be willing to fully memorize our menu, distribute orders, and answer customers questions. During slower hours, staff are expected to clean and keep their station well stocked. Closing tasks are split between each station. As such, all employees must be able to lift between 10 and 20 pounds without difficulty. Benefits include free downtown parking (upon 25+ hours a week), 50% discount on food/drink, and a competitive wage. Starting wage + tips is guaranteed at $15 an hour, but is capped at $10 for a training period for the first 20-30 hours.

• The determination to show up on time If an employee does not show up when scheduled, they are immediately taken off the schedule until they can meet with the manager.

Exceptions are made for emergencies.
