Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Handle food preparation and food handling tasks in accordance with food safety standards Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Qualifications Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to perform serving duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing Experience in the food industry or café environment is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Enthusiasm to learn Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels great service!
