Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent service and product recommendations Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café environment Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Assist in food preparation and serving snacks or light food items as needed to enhance customer experience Experience Prior barista experience in a fast-paced café or food service environment is highly preferred Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and beverage crafting skills Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic setting Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume hours Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
