Traditional Vietnamese coffee (hot & iced) Espresso-based drinks Homemade syrups In-house teas and herbal teas Fresh smoothies and blended drinks Light, fresh, and healthy beverage options We also serve authentic Vietnamese light bites and healthy dishes, including: Banh Mi sandwiches Fresh salads Noodle salads Fresh spring rolls Other light, fresh, and healthy Vietnamese-inspired dishes About the Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate barista who enjoys coffee and wants to learn more about coffee culture from different parts of the world. This is more than just a job — it's an opportunity to grow your knowledge of coffee, especially Vietnamese coffee culture and brewing style , while working in a supportive and relaxed café environment. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, Vietnamese coffee, and specialty beverages Work confidently with espresso machines and brewing equipment Make homemade syrups and drink components Prepare in-house teas, herbal teas, and fresh beverages Blend smoothies and healthy drink options Provide friendly and welcoming customer service Handle POS transactions accurately Maintain clean and organized coffee and service areas Restock ingredients and prep beverage stations Open café and prepare drink stations for morning service What We're Looking For Previous barista or espresso machine experience required Strong interest in coffee and learning about global coffee cultures Comfortable working with fresh, handcrafted beverages Attention to detail and consistency in drink quality Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and grow in a café environment, including exposure to Vietnamese coffee culture and global coffee traditions Schedule Requirements Morning shift starts at 5:30 AM (required) Weekend availability required Typical shift: 5:30 AM•3:00
