Job Summary:

Baristas provide White Rhino Coffee guests with an unparalleled guest experience. They are the hosts of the café and perform every task with top quality.

Daily Tasks and Projects :

• First point of customer service, greeting and serving customers with a standard of excellence
• Operate all barista station including bar, bar-back and POS
• Maintain bar and café cleanliness
• Exhibit strong knowledge of our beverage and food menu
• Create coffee, tea, and other beverages to order, as well as pastry and Quick Bites items with attention to detail and consistency

Job Qualifications:

Minimum 18 years of age Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week with reliable transportation Ability to attend every monthly staff meeting Ability to comply to punctuality and performance standards

Required Education, Certification, or Experience:

Food handler certification (completed within 30 days of hire) Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• $8.25 - $9.50 per hour BOE plus tips
• Opportunity to participate in company benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.) if 30 hr average over 6-month period
• Bonuses and raises available, based on meeting performance goals Reports to: White Rhino Shop Manager FLSA status :
