Every drink you build, every order you take, every interaction at the window is the Remote Coffee experience. We are looking for crew members who bring energy, take pride in their craft, and show up ready to move. What You Will Do Craft specialty coffee drinks, matcha, cold brew, and seasonal beverages to spec. Take orders accurately and confidently using Toast POS. Handle cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy. Maintain a clean bar and window station throughout every shift. Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Serve fresh food including our from-scratch bakery, hand-crafted empanadas, and Breakfast Tacorritos. Engage every guest warmly and promote the Drink Remote loyalty app. Contribute to a fast-moving, high-energy team that holds a real standard. What We Are Looking For Prior barista or food service experience preferred. Genuine passion for coffee and hospitality. Comfortable on your feet for an extended shift. Available for morning, evening, or weekend hours. Reliable, coachable, and ready to work. Content creation skills are a big plus.
