Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, cocktails, and food items with precision and flair. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic retail math to ensure smooth transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations. Assist in food preparation and food service tasks, ensuring timely delivery of quality products. Manage time effectively during busy periods to balance serving, bartending, and cleaning duties seamlessly. Skills Proven experience as a barista with strong coffee-making skills and familiarity with café operations. Previous bartending experience with knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol safety protocols. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and serving etiquette. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions.
