Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks with precision and enthusiasm, ensuring each cup meets quality standards. Decorate donuts with creative flair, utilizing cake decorating skills to produce visually stunning treats that delight customers. Handle food production tasks including packaging, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. Assist in food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations at all times. Support kitchen operations by assisting with baking, food prep, and general culinary tasks as needed. Engage actively with customers to provide friendly service, answer questions about products, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain organization of the display area and ensure all baked goods are presented attractively and hygienically. Skills Proven experience in cake decorating and pastry arts, with an eye for detail and presentation. Strong food handling skills coupled with knowledge of food safety standards in the food industry. Experience in food production, baking, or culinary environments—restaurant or catering experience is highly valued. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively. Proficiency in kitchen skills such as knife handling, food preparation, and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
