Bistro Attendant

Essential Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve menu items, beverages, and specialty drinks according to standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process guest transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bistro area, including tables, counters, and equipment Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and Marriott brand standards Assist guests with menu questions and provide recommendations Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Ensure a positive dining experience by anticipating and responding to guest needs Support other hotel departments as needed to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous food service, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Food handler certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
