Job Description
The Kindoven is a brand-new bakery cafe opening in Frisco, TX this late June-July! We are dedicated to serving delicious artisanal baked goods, premium coffee, and creating a warm, cozy environment for our community. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Part-Time Baristas / Counter Staff to join our founding team! If you love coffee, have a passion for customer service, and want to grow with a new local business, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers with a positive, friendly attitude. Take customer orders accurately using the Square POS system and handle transactions. Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages (Training provided). Package and display bakery items neatly in the showcase. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area (including counter, seating area, and espresso machine). Assist with opening or closing duties, including light cleaning and restocking. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth store operations.Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work weekends. Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus, but not required—we will fully train the right candidate!Shift Hours & Flexibility:
Weekday Shifts (Mon-Sat): Morning (6:30 AM- 1:00 PM) / Mid (8:00 AM
- 2:00 PM) / Closing (1:00 PM or 2:00 PM
- 6:30 PM)
Sunday Shifts:
8:30 AM- 3:30
PM Note:
Shift hours can be adjusted based on store needs or upon reasonable request.Expected Start Date:
