Casher/Barista/Kitchen Assistant

Duties Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring precise cash handling and cashiering procedures. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and light food items with attention to quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café and kitchen areas, including food handling and food preparation. Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods while balancing multiple responsibilities. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and organizing food and beverage stations. Support team members by performing basic math calculations for sales totals, change, and inventory counts. Experience Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred. Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to engaging with diverse customers. Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Familiarity with food safety practices and basic food handling procedures. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales transactions and inventory purposes. Prior cashiering or cash handling experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
