- Part-time Job Summary We are seeking several passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our team.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing friendly and individualized customer service. Your role will involve preparing all drinks and educating our customers about our premium tea and drinks. The barista also fulfills any other duties that store manager, assistant manager, or shift supervisor assigns and represents R & B Tea in a professional manners. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in training new staff members on beverages preparation techniques and customer service best practices. Monitor inventory levels of tea, fruit, syrups, and other supplies to ensure availability for daily operations. Utilize Toast POS system for order processing and payment transactions effectively. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality service. Requirements Previous experience in the food service or tea/coffee industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers positively. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Toast POS is a plus. Ability to work efficiently and detail oriented. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. A genuine passion for boba tea and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
