Overview Inspired Closets is hiring on behalf of our new entertainment and hospitality concept, The Playground at Niederwald . The Playground at Niederwald is a brand-new family-friendly destination featuring food trucks, a jumpy pillow, a coffee truck, and a full bar — all designed to create a fun and welcoming community atmosphere. We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Barista to join our growing team. Because we are a brand-new concept, we need someone flexible, hardworking, and excited to help us build something special from the ground up. This is more than just a coffee shop position — we are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in fast-paced environments, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. The ideal candidate has barista experience, enjoys connecting with customers, and takes pride in creating quality drinks and memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, lemonades, and specialty beverages Provide friendly and welcoming customer service to guests of all ages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee truck and surrounding service areas Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and daily prep tasks Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately Help manage inventory and communicate low-stock items Maintain beverage quality and consistency during busy shifts Support team members and assist in other areas when needed Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Help create a fun, positive, and community-focused environment Qualifications Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Comfortable working in fast-paced and outdoor environments Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and adapt as the business grows Weekend and evening availability required Food handler certification is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Loves coffee and hospitality Enjoys working with families and community events Is flexible and excited to help build a new business Brings positive energy and a strong work ethic Wants to grow with our team as we expand If you're looking for a fun environment where no two days are the same and you can be part of building something unique from the beginning, we'd love to hear from you.
