Duties Prepare and serve a variety of specialty beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets high-quality standards. Engage with customers enthusiastically, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about different drinks and ingredients to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station, ensuring all tools and ingredients are stocked and properly stored. Follow safety protocols and health regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere, supporting smooth operations during busy periods. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies, placing orders when necessary, and minimizing waste. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on new beverage trends, techniques, and product offerings. Qualifications Demonstrated passion for beverages with an eagerness to learn new skills. Must be available on weekends! Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect warmly with diverse customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in hospitality, barista work, or beverage service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of safety standards related to food handling and sanitation practices.
