Part-time Saddle Up and Join the Dark Rock Coffee Crew! Dark Rock Coffee is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team at our kiosk in the Outlet Shoppes of Laredo . If you've got a passion for coffee and a heart as big as Texas, we want YOU to help us serve up the best brews this side of the Rio Grande.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with that good ol' Texas charm and provide top-notch service. Take customer orders and ring 'em up with precision on our POS system. Craft a variety of coffee drinks and other menu items, following our tried-and-true recipes. Keep the kiosk spick and span—nothin' like a clean camp to keep things running smooth. Keep the owner in the loop on stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean, safe environment (nobody likes a dusty trail!).
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or food service is required. Barista experience is a bonus, but we'll provide training if you're ready to learn. Ability to multitask like a seasoned cowboy—handling a fast-paced environment with ease. Strong communication and people skills to keep things running smoother than a Texas sunset. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays—our coffee never sleeps! Reliable, punctual, and ready to work independently or with the team.
