Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, and light snacks with precision and flair. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures. Assist with food preparation when necessary, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality or accuracy. Skills Proven experience as a Barista or Bartender with strong coffee-making skills and beverage knowledge. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to multitask seamlessly between serving drinks, taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness.
