Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items with precision and care, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Greeting & Passing out samples to our customers who are passing by and guiding them to the menu Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalised recommendations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Assist customers with product selections, upselling items to enhance their experience while meeting sales goals. Handle cash register operations including cashiering duties, basic math calculations for transactions, and balancing cash drawers at shift end. Maintain food handling standards by following proper procedures for food preparation, serving, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. in food service or retail environments that involve serving customers directly. Familiarity with Toast systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters positive interactions.
