Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and coffee drinks with precision and care Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shake and juice area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure high standards of food handling and hygiene are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Skills Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders smoothly during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a café or food service setting Experience in serving beverages and light food items in a fast-paced environment is preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and service Embark on an energetic journey where your passion for food, drinks, and customer happiness makes every day exciting!
