Type:
Part Time| Starting at $14/hour | Open Availability Needed We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Barista/Cashier to join our dealership bistro team. In this role, you'll create a welcoming experience for customers and employees by preparing beverages, serving food items, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a team setting, we'd love to meet you!
Bistro Hours:
Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm; Saturdays 6:30am-5:30pm
What You'll Do:
Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately Greet customers and provide outstanding service Prepare and serve light food items according to established standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bistro, dining area, and workstations Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
What We're Looking For:
Previous barista, cashier, restaurant, café, or customer service experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic cash handling experience Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
