Job Description

Job Overview:
13th Street Coffee and Tea - The Original Omaha Coffee And Tea Shop is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Café Counter Associate to support daily café operations. The ideal candidate will assist customers at the counter, prepare beverages, process transactions, and maintain a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders accurately Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages Operate POS system and process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness of café counters, equipment, and seating areas Restock coffee beans, tea supplies, milk, syrups, and café items
Requirements:
Previous café or customer service experience preferred Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
