Key Responsibilities:
l Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, including those made with fruits, milk, tea, tapioca pearls, and other creative toppings, following established recipes and quality standards. l Ensure the correct ingredients and proportions are used for each drink, including tea, milk, fresh fruits, tapioca pearls, and other toppings. l Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including prepping ingredients (e.g., cutting fruits) and cleaning equipment. l Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations. l Assist in inventory management, ensuring all ingredients (including fruits) and supplies are stocked and stored properly. l Adhere to company health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and staff. l Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently. l Assist in training new team members on drink preparation and operational procedures. l Stay updated on new menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions to enhance the customer experience. l Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor. Qualifications (preferred) : Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Physical & Essential Job Requirements (for Barista) As a barista, you are expected to perform a range of essential job functions in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment. You must be able to perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, including ingredients, containers, and supplies
- Reach, bend, twist, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements for drink preparation
- Move throughout the store to interact with team members, operate equipment, and serve customers
- Work in a loud, high-energy environment with fluctuating temperatures
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and equipment cleaning procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a clear and professional manner You must be able to meet these physical and functional requirements as part of your essential duties in this role.

$11.00 - $15.00 per hour
