Job Description

Job Overview:
Superjoy Coffee is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Café Counter Associate to support daily café operations. The ideal candidate will assist customers at the counter, prepare beverages, process transactions, and maintain a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders accurately Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies Deliver excellent customer service during busy shifts Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Previous café or customer service experience preferred Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
