Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Baristas / Cafe Team Members - Shibam Coffee Richardson Shibam is hiring friendly and reliable team members for our Richardson location. We serve Yemeni coffee, espresso drinks, Adeni tea, specialty lattes, refreshers, pastries, and desserts in a warm cafe environment. Responsibilities include making drinks, taking orders, serving desserts, cleaning, restocking, opening/closing duties, and providing excellent customer service. No barista experience is required, but cafe or restaurant experience is a plus. Must be reliable, hardworking, and available for evenings/weekends. Late-night and early morning availability is a plus.
Pay:
$10-$15/hour depending on experience and availability, plus tips based on store policy.
