Barista/Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary We are seeking tea lovers to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and drinks to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for socialisation, community, tea, and cleanliness to provide excellent service in a fast-paced, cozy café environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following recipes with precise care
• Operate machines and other equipment efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Assist in food preparation and handling as needed

Experience:

• Prior experience working as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
