Job Overview:

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks according to established recipes and standards. Provide great customer service, engaging customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and address any inquiries or concerns. Operate the register accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the stations, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Wash and sanitize dishes, mop floors and clean toilets as part of the daily routine Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Responsible for monitoring inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, assisting with restocking as needed. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimal wait times This job description does not cover all the duties and responsibilities and may change at any time.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Able to lift 50 lbs Able to stand for extended hours Adherence to safety and food handling procedures. Basic math skills and basic proficiency with computers to process information through the point-of-sales (POS) system. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
