Duties Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations Assist customers by providing friendly service, answering questions about menu options, and making personalized recommendations Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end Ensure timely food preparation, including washing, chopping, and assembling ingredients for smoothies and juice blends Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, restocking as needed to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications Prior barista experience or food service background with a focus on beverage preparation Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and café operations Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining energetic engagement throughout shifts Experience in the food industry or retail environment is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for healthy living meets dynamic customer interactions!
