Barista

Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. As a key member of our coffee shop, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every visitor. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to company standards. Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections to enhance their experience. Operate coffee brewing equipment and other kitchen tools safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas. Handle cash register transactions accurately and process payments efficiently. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service during busy periods. Qualifications Prior experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Must be at least 18 years old or older. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed. A passion for coffee, beverages, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
