As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, such as coffee and tea, to customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating quality drinks. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages Take customer orders and process payments Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards Upsell products and promote specials to customers Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed Skills Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines Proficiency in cash handling and using a cash register Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products Familiarity with basic math for measuring ingredients and processing payments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
