Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinksPrepare and serve drinks that meet quality standardsProperly handle and maintain all equipmentRespond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient mannerAccurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling proceduresDemonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offeringsObserve relevant health and safety standardsOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Interests in coffee program, must be passionate about coffeeActive TABC and ServSafe certification requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredRetail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferredStrong ability to multitaskAbility to problem solve quicklyStrong customer service and communication skills
